Last year, Vancouver saw visits from many popular artists, including Taylor Swift, Don Toliver, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, and more. However, if you were disappointed that you couldn’t make it to any of them then, you’re in luck! This year, more big-name artists have already announced shows in Vancouver.

Tyler The Creator will be the first A-Lister of 2025 to perform at Rogers Arena on Feb. 28, debuting the show for his latest eighth studio album “Chromokopia.” Tyler the Creator is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer whose style is a mash-up of alternative hip, neo soul, jazz, and more.

Jelly Roll, an American rapper and singer-songwriter, will come to Rogers Arena on Mar. 6 on a stop for his “Beautifully Broken Great Northern Tour.” Jelly Roll’s music mixes country, rock, and hip-hop to create a southern hip-hop fusion.

On Apr. 8, Beabadoobee, a Filipino-British singer-songwriter, will perform at the Pacific Coliseum. Her music falls under the indie/alternative rock genre, although her songs tend to have an angelic, jazzy vibe.

During the same month, AC/DC will perform at BC Place on Apr. 22 for their “Power Up Tour”. AC/DC was first formed in Sydney, Australia in 1973 and have since taken the world by storm with their 70s and 80s style heavy metal and rock n’roll.

On July 15 and 16, Canadian singer-songwriter The Weeknd will perform at BC Place with American rapper Playboi Carti on the “After Hours Till Dawn Tour”. He blends pop, R&B, and synth-pop in his music, with catchy lyrics and melodious beats.

Finally, Canadian singer-songwriter Tate Mcrae will be performing on her “Miss Progressive Tour” on Aug. 4 and 5 at Rogers Arena.  She produces emotive, R&B inspired dance-pop, and her set is sure to draw from her extensive background in competitive dance.
