Willow Street’s Parking Puzzle
In 2017, the City of Vancouver issued a total of 31 parking and stopping tickets on the section of Willow St. outside Hamber. In 2023, this number jumped up to 318, a just-over-tenfold increase, according to the City of Vancouver Open Data Portal.

New School Opening Delayed
