King Charles Has Cancer
On Feb. 5, Buckingham Palace announced in an official statement that doctors had identified a form of cancer in King Charles’ system, without revealing which type had affected him. They discovered this while treating him for an enlarged prostate that, in itself, was noncancerous.

BC Schools will close on Monday for Queen Elizabeth’s Funeral
B.C. schools will be closed next Monday to mark Queen Elizabeth’s Funeral, Premier Horgan announced in a statement today.
“K-12 public schools and public post-secondary institutions, and most Crown corporations will be closed,” Horgan said.
